To ensure your messages do not get the message "Non-text portions of this message have been removed" POST in TEXT and do not forward attachments.
Unfortunately, some posters still post in html or forward attachments, these get automatically removed resulting in a blank message or reply and the message:
[ Non-text portions of this message have been removed ]
